
About the creator of the EASe CD:
Bill Mueller has been an audio engineer since 1970, he has engineered recordings for over 150 major label artists and thousands of other artists. He has engineered music for TV, Film, video games and simulation projects for NASA. He has four Grammy nominated album credits. He has also been nominated for a Grammy for Best Engineer/Non Classical and a TEC Award for remote audio engineering, as well as other award nominations for TV sound. He has designed and taught college level courses in audio engineering, acoustics and studio design. He has ushered entire audio and video curriculum through the approval process for the Maryland Board of Higher Education.
For almost 20 years, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential along side Dr. Ralph Peligra, Chief Medical Office NASA Ames, the Chairman of the Board. He taught the staff of the IAHP about music based auditory stimulation and why it aligns with the IAHP concept of manual auditory stimulation and neurological plasticity. In 1994, he created the EASe CDs which are the original disc-based auditory stimulation program. EASe CDs are used by tens of thousands of parents, therapists, treatment centers and non-profit organizations to treat children with auditory hypersensitivity. Most important of all, many thousands of children have significantly benefited from using EASe CDs.
