Emails are sent directly to the customer to notify them
of their order being processed. An additional email is sent once the product has
shipped. This email includes a package tracking number so the customer can follow
their shipment across the internet until it arrives at the door.
When an
item is returned to the warehouse, there will be a customer notification sent
directly to them to assure them that their product has arrived.
