EASe Professional Music Performance License (NEW!) $200.00 per year
It is a violation of copyright law for therapeutic practices to lend or rent EASe music, CDs, games, or apps to patients for in-home use or to play EASe music in their offices without a performance license. Vision Audio has always provided therapist discounts so that each family can own their own EASe products and therapists can have a profit center. However many practices are taking the discount and then lending or renting the CDs, unnecessarily exposing themselves to litigation from the copyright licensing agency BMI. Now we are providing a safe way for therapists to legally use copyright protected EASe CDs without fear of prosecution from BMI.
With a one year performance license, we will replace any EASe CDs, EASe games, EASe apps or EASe music on Sandisk chips purchased from Vision Audio or Vital Sounds free of charge if they wear out or get damaged, all for a fraction of the money that it costs to purchase them! You will also be authorized to use EASe CDs in your practice and to lend or rent them to your clients.
To secure your license to lend or rent EASe CDs, just purchase and download this Agreement, complete it and either mail it back to Vision Audio at 611 Anchor drive, Joppa Maryland 21085, or scan and email the completed form to bill@vision-audio.com.
If one of your CDs gets broken or scratched, just send it back for a free replacement.
